PRIVACY POLICY — KOBRYA ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS

1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy explains how Kobrya Electrical Contractors (the "Game") handles information on an Android device. This is an offline, single-player arcade-driving game published by Kobrya Electrical Contractors LLC. This policy describes the functionality present in the packaged version 1.0 source code.
2. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
The Game uses Android app-private local storage (SharedPreferences) to remember your:
- • best score, active or paused run, run counters and driving distance;
- • in-game coins, collected/delivered cargo, local mission activity, and achievements;
- • unlocked cars, selected car and paint colors, upgrade ranks and preferences;
- • music, sound effects, vibration and reduced-motion settings;
- • first-launch onboarding and gameplay tutorial completion;
- • daily missions, their device-local date and reward-claim state.
These game records are generated through gameplay. They remain on your device and are not uploaded by the Game to our servers.
3. PERSONAL INFORMATION AND PERMISSIONS
The Game does not require account registration and does not request your name, postal address, telephone number, precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photos for gameplay. The provided Android app does not request the INTERNET permission or other Android dangerous permissions. No GPS tracking is performed by the Game.
4. COLLECTION, SHARING AND THIRD PARTIES
The current Game includes no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, tracking SDK, remote game server, cloud synchronization or in-app purchase service. The Game itself does not transmit gameplay data to the publisher or share it with advertising partners. The Game contains bundled graphics and audio that work offline.
5. SUPPORT EMAIL
If you tap "Email Support", Android may open an email app of your choice with the support address prefilled. No message is sent automatically. If you independently send an email, your email address and any content you choose to provide will be processed by your email provider and delivered to our support inbox. Your email service provider's own terms and privacy practices apply. We use messages received only to respond to support and related communications, and retain them as reasonably needed for support or legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion of a support conversation where applicable.
6. CHILDREN AND FAMILIES
The Game has easy-to-understand arcade controls and contains no real-money prizes, gambling, targeted advertisements or account-registration requirement. Users should not submit personal details through support emails unless needed for assistance. A parent or guardian may contact the support address about privacy questions. Google Play target-audience and content-rating declarations must match the final release.
7. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
You may erase locally saved game information using Settings > Reset Progress, with confirmation. Uninstalling the Game normally removes its app-private saves. The Android application disables platform cloud backup and device-transfer backup of game data in its manifest and data-extraction rules. The Game does not maintain a server-side user account or cloud save to delete. Emails that you choose to send to our support address are separate from local gameplay data.
8. DATA SECURITY
Gameplay data is stored within the Android app-private storage area, subject to device operating-system protections. No security measure is absolute, particularly on compromised or rooted devices. The Game does not collect or transmit payment-card details.
9. INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Normal gameplay takes place locally on your device rather than a publisher-operated online service. If you contact us by email, your chosen email provider and our support email service may process your message according to their own infrastructure and applicable laws.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy when the Game's features or privacy practices change. An updated policy will include a new revision date. Any future online, advertising or analytics features would require an updated assessment and accurate Google Play disclosures before publication.
